Notes | In 1963, the Oregon Game Commission transformed Lint Slough into an experimental salmon rearing facility by damming the upper and lower ends of the slough. After 10 years of failure to develop a successful salmon rearing facility, the project was abandoned. This poster explains the process and benefits of restoring Lint Slough to its status before the slough was dammed. |
