NotesIn 1963, the Oregon Game Commission transformed Lint Slough into an experimental salmon rearing facility by damming the upper and lower ends of the slough. After 10 years of failure to develop a successful salmon rearing facility, the project was abandoned. This poster explains the process and benefits of restoring Lint Slough to its status before the slough was dammed.
